By accessing or using Ignition ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Ignition provides tools for creating and launching tokens on the Solana blockchain via pump.fun. The Platform facilitates Jito bundle submissions, wallet management, and trading operations. Ignition does not custody user funds.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. Access is invite-only and may be revoked at any time without notice.
The Platform charges a 1% fee on dev buy amounts plus a fixed 0.002 SOL platform fee per launch. A 1% fee applies to sells executed through the Platform. Fee structures may change with prior notice. Up to 25% of platform fees may be returned as trader cashback when enabled.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Token launches carry significant risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for failed transactions, lost funds, blockchain network issues, Jito bundle failures, or any damages arising from use of the Platform. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you retain access to your wallet private keys but lose access to Platform features.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
